ScalableOS is seeking a Cisco Contact Center Engineer to lead projects involving the Cisco Contact Center Enterprise and Webex Contact Center. The role requires extensive experience with deploying Cisco solutions and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent. The candidate should be self-motivated with excellent organizational skills, capable of adapting to new processes. A long-term work-from-home arrangement and night shift are required.
