- Knowledge of Insurance product and guidelines
- Fair understanding of Lloyds Market i.e. Bureau, Non-Bureau and Company Market
- Good understanding of Claims cycle and claims processing
- Knowledge on Electronic claims filing(ECF) and IMR.
- Knowledge/Experience in Policy Administration System
- Effective communication with internal and external stakeholders
