Job Summary
Senior Client Development Manager (Full‑time, 42.5 h/week) – Dübendorf (Zurich), Switzerland. The role reports to the Senior Sales Manager and focuses on driving new business growth by securing strategic partnerships across sports, entertainment, and cultural sectors.
Responsibilities
- Identify and prioritize new business opportunities in the Swiss market
- Build and manage a high‑quality sales pipeline
- Lead the full sales cycle from outreach to contract closure
- Negotiate with senior stakeholders including promoters and venues
- Develop tailored commercial proposals
- Drive contract negotiations and closing phases
- Collaborate with Legal, Finance, Consulting, and Product
- Monitor market trends and growth opportunities
- Represent Ticketmaster in industry networks
- Maintain CRM tracking, forecasting, and reporting
