Senior Client Executive - International Students

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Employee Benefits team at Marsh. This hybrid role will be based in the Auckland or Wellington office and requires working at least three days a week in the office.

Responsibilities

• Act as the people risk adviser and SME for the International Student client portfolio, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and sector stakeholders.
• Deliver total client management including relationship building, customer service, advisory support, renewal processing and claims advocacy for students.
• Proactively identify and develop revenue opportunities within the portfolio in conjunction with the business development team and consistently meet retention and revenue targets.
• Deliver training to large groups of people as and when required at client induction programs.
