Senior Cloud Engineer – Azure (Abingdon)
Salary: £62,000 to £72,000 per annum plus bonus, 1 day onsite per week.

MARS, in partnership with a global consultancy, is recruiting a permanent Senior Cloud Engineer for a talented IT function. The role supports both private and public enterprises worldwide, delivering impactful change and transformation.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain Azure infrastructure using IaC with Bicep.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps and/or GitHub Actions.
• Provide technical escalation support for internal service desks and external client teams.
• Define technical requirements with clients and consultancy teams.
• Develop and secure SOAP/REST APIs, including Azure Integration Services such as Logic Apps, Service Bus, Event Grid and API Management.
• Automate operational tasks using PowerShell and Azure CLI.
