The Resolute Group are proudly supporting a general contractor in the area of fit-out construction in the commercial building space, who are looking to expand their team in either the Hamburg or Munich locations.

Location: Hamburg, or Munich

Salary: DOE €70,000 - €80,000 basic + package

Role Responsibilities:

Manage the full commercial lifecycle: respond to client RFQs, prepare and present proposals, oversee tender processes, and provide ongoing commercial and contractual support throughout project execution.

Lead the commercial strategy for fit-out and refurbishment projects, ensuring profitability and cost control.

Monitor and manage budgets, forecasts, cash flow, and project financial performance.

Oversee contract negotiation, risk management, and compliance with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
