Overseeing the management and maintenance of the organization’s IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, networks, and data centers. Team Leadership
Managing and leading IT teams, including hiring, training, and performance management. Budget Management
Managing IT budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and productive resource allocation. Vendor Management
Negotiating with and managing relationships with IT vendors. Security Management
Ensuring the security of IT systems and data, including implementing and maintaining security protocols and procedures. Project Management
Overseeing IT projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet the required quality standards. Compliance
Ensuring compliance with relevant IT regulations and policies.
