- Project management and control of challenging construction projects
- Organization, structuring and coordination of planning processes, taking into account costs, deadlines and quality
- Contract and risk management of challenging construction projects
- Interface management between clients, investors and users
- Project organization and coordination
Your Profile
- Successfully completed studies in the field of engineering, architecture or commercial
- Experience with permission processes and also in project management for Technical Building Equipment (clean & dry rooms, M+E installation and / or fire protection systems)
- Business fluent in English and business fluent in Spanish
- Approx. 2-7 years of professional experience ideally in clean & dry rooms construction and M+E installation and commissioning or in fire protection systems installation and commissioning
