Job Description

Lead transformative contact center projects as a Senior Genesys Cloud & Salesforce Integration Consultant. Engage in critical migrations to CX Cloud for enhanced operational efficiency.
As an experienced consultant, you will play a key role in transitioning from Open CTI to the optimal CX Cloud framework. Your hands-on expertise in both Genesys Cloud and Salesforce Service Cloud will drive the success of this initiative. Collaborating with technical teams and stakeholders, you’ll ensure seamless integration and support.
