Job Description

My client is looking for a Senior Consultant to help companies improve how they lead and grow their people. You’ll use a mix of consulting skills, workshops, and smart technology (including AI). Projects include developing leaders, spotting talent, and changing workplace culture. 
Key Responsibilities Consulting & Project Delivery Lead projects that help clients build better leaders and teams 
Run group sessions, conduct stakeholder interviews, and evaluate organisational performance and gaps 
Run workshops, give feedback, and guide development conversations 
Produce detailed written reports, key insights, project proposals, slide presentations, and strategic advice. 
Keep projects on track, maintain quality, and ensure client satisfaction 
AI-Enabled Talent & Leadership Solutions Manage AI talent tools – assessments, 360 feedback, surveys, dashboards, and digital coaching
