Location: Zurich, SwitzerlandWork Pattern Percentage: 80-100% Help our clients solve the biggest IT challenges in their M&A journeys Our IT M&A specialists play a key role in solving for and delivering complex M&A technology integration and separation projects, advising our clients on maximizing the value and offsetting the risks of technology in M&A transactions. We support them from deal closing, through Day 100 to post-deal completion, assisting them with both transaction priorities and future growth ambitions.How you can make an impact 

Work on challenging M&A projects, either within a larger team or as an advisor on smaller engagements

Support clients through complex M&A environments resulting from acquisitions, divestitures, carve-outs and restructuring projects

Work across several industries including our primary focus areas of life sciences, financial services, industrials and consumer...
