• Apply process intelligence and process excellence methods to identify execution gaps, frame opportunities, and design future‑state processes.
• Run client workshops and assessments, linking automation, AI, and process improvement to measurable KPIs and business value.
• Act as engagement lead in client projects: accountable for delivery quality, timelines, and value realisation.
