  • Development and implementation of change strategies in transformation projects – ideally in the context of SAP, with a focus on sustainable user adoption.
  • Translation of change objectives into structured enablement and adoption concepts across systems, processes, and user groups.
  • Conception, coordination, and hands‑on implementation of Digital Adoption Platforms (. WalkMe, Whatfix, Userlane), including the creation and quality assurance of in‑app assets (walkthroughs, tooltips/SmartTips, hotspots, contextual help).
  • End‑to‑end enablement responsibility: target group segmentation, content lifecycle management, testing & go‑live coordination, as well as evaluation of adoption KPIs (., usage, completion, reduction of support requests).
