POSITION OVERVIEW  We are looking for a strategic and experienced Senior Consultant – Talent Management & Assessments to help our clients build high-impact talent strategies, leadership pipelines, and workforce development initiatives.


This individual will bring deep expertise in talent management frameworks, assessment tools, and organizational effectiveness to support clients in aligning their talent with business needs.


This is a client-facing role requiring a blend of consulting experience, analytical capability, and human capital expertise, with a strong focus on designing and delivering assessment solutions , leadership development strategies, and performance programs.
