We are hiring a Senior Contracts Engineer to join our team in the UAE.
Job Responsibilities
- Administer contracts throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring all parties comply with contract terms
- Manage formal correspondence with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders
- Maintain accurate contract records
- Monitor contractor performance to ensure timely issuance of instructions, approvals, and payment certificates
Variations & Change Management
- Implement change control processes
- Review variation requests and prepare variation orders
- Negotiate cost and schedule impacts
- Assess contractual impacts and provide recommendations to project management
Claims Management
- Identify, prepare, and manage extension of time (EOT) and cost claims
- Maintain claim registers
- Collect and preserve all supporting documents and evidence
