Senior Contracts Executive

We are looking for a
Senior Contracts Executive cum Project Manager
to manage both commercial andproject coordination matters for residential construction, renovation, A&A,interior fit-out, carpentry, and builder works projects in Singapore. The ideal candidate should have strong QS experience and hands-on project coordination ability. He or she must be able to handle quantity take-off, quotations, procurement, subcontractor management, variation claims, progress claims, cost control, site coordination, client liaison, and project close-out. Key Responsibilities Prepare quantity take-off, cost estimates, quotations, BOQs, and cost breakdowns. Review drawings, specifications, scope of works, and tender documents. Source and compare supplier and subcontractor quotations. Prepare quotation comparison sheets and procurement recommendations.
