Role Summary

Senior Controls Engineer focuses on design, installation, commissioning, and optimization of PLC/SCADA systems in a medical device plant, emphasizing troubleshooting and continuous improvement of high-volume production systems.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop specifications and user requirements for controls, SCADA, and communication systems.
- Oversee OEM machine controls design to ensure safety and performance compliance.
- Support installation, FAT/SAT, validation, and commissioning of equipment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve equipment downtime and quality issues.
- Implement improvements to enhance safety, yield, and productivity.
- Manage PLC programs, firmware, and system security.
