Job Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage selected outlet’s chefs and kitchen staff
  • Oversee the daily operation of the kitchen
  • Maintain food quality and safety standards
  • Ensure proper maintenance of the kitchen within each outlet
  • Design and implement new ideas for the menu
  • Ensure Kitchen standards are being followed and adhered to by all employees
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of relevant working experience as Senior Cook
  • Must be dedicated and committed
