Job Description

  • Oversee daily operations, including opening and closingprocedures.
  • Ensure adequate opening float cash and manage cashtransactions.
  • Prepare and serve beverages and food per HQ recipes andSOPs.
  • Ensure quality and presentation standards are met.
  • Keep equipment clean and operational.
  • Supervise and support junior crew members, ensuring SOPadherence.
  • Train and guide new and existing crew.
  • Conduct daily stock takes and record inventory accurately.
  • Reconcile stock counts with records and reportdiscrepancies.
  • Manage inventory control, including ordering and restocking.
  • Check and maintain café equipment and facilities.
  • Collaborate on solutions for reported issues.
  • Document and communicate equipment malfunctions and supplyshortages.
