Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Customer Support Representatives who will act as the first point of contact for customers, ensuring a seamless support experience. The role involves handling queries, resolving issues, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.


Working: Days: 5 days a week

Shift: Rotational

Office Location : Eco Space Bellandur, Kengeri & Bhartiya City


Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and/or outbound customer calls, emails, and chats
  • Resolve customer queries in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide accurate information about products/services
  • Escalate complex issues to the relevant departments when required
  • Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions
