Job Description
- Manage service requests from internal teams and partners to ensure timely resolution of issues and requests
- Monitor and respond to security alerts and incidents across global IT systems
- Investigate security events to assess scope, impact, and root causes
- Work with Security Operations to evaluate alert severity and prioritize actions
- Execute incident response activities, including containment, remediation, and recovery
- Maintain clear documentation of all incident response actions for analysis and improvement
- Communicate with stakeholders throughout incidents, providing updates and involving them in decisions
