Job Description

What you can expect

  • You take
    end-to-end ownership for the design, further development, and steering of sales
    dashboards and reporting solutions (e.g. KPIs, pipeline, forecast, campaign
    performance), including defining reporting standards.
  • You ensure high data quality and KPI consistency by defining and enforcing
    governance standards and actively validating key steering metrics.
  • You proactively analyze the development of relevant sales KPIs, identify
    drivers, risks, and opportunities, and derive clear, actionable recommendations
    for management.
    You conduct complex, strategic, and ad-hoc analyses to support key sales
    initiatives and commercial decision-making processes.
  • You independently define, further develop, and harmonize sales KPIs and the
    underlying data models.
