DMI, LLC is seeking a **Senior Data Engineer **to join us.
This resource is required to be onsite in Monterrey, Mexico.
**Duties and** Responsibilities**:
- Ensure that technical systems and equipment operate optimally for end users
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical issues that may arise in end-user environments
- Solution Implementation: Implement new technology solutions and system upgrades to improve efficiency and functionality
- Documentation: Guides and procedures related to the technologies implemented in end user environments
- Training: In the use of tools to support the end-user environment
- Reports: Use, status and incident of systems and services for the end user
- Present project progress and definitions
- Resolve technical incidents in end-user environments.
- Run pilot tests of solutions for end-user environments.
- Train support groups
