Senior Data Governance Specialist
Location: Manchester
Hybrid Working Policy – 2 days in the office, 3 days WFH
We are seeking a Senior Data Governance Specialist to define, implement, and oversee governance for transactional data across the organisation, with a strong focus on data integrity, lifecycle management, business rule definition, and operational accountability.
The role willbe responsible forestablishingand maintaining governance rules for transactional data objects, ensuring that data is created, used,monitored, closed,retained, and managed in line with agreed business processes, compliance expectations, and company-wide governance standards.
The successful candidate will work closely with Global Process Owners, business stakeholders, technical teams, and data teams to define ownership,validatelifecycle rules, support data quality improvements, and enable governance reporting through Power BI dashboards and data quality monitoring.
