Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of 4 Data Scientists
- Develop and implement predictive models and advanced machine learning solutions
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear insights for business stakeholders
- Engage confidently with both technical and non-technical audiences
Minimum Requirements:
- Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field (Honours or higher preferred)
- 4+ years experience within a Data Science environment
- Technically strong Data Scientist with a solid analytical foundation
- IFRS 9 experience is essential
- Exposure to / experience in Artificial Intelligence (AI)
