Your Role
As a Senior Data Scientist you will build artificial intelligence and machine learning solutions for Global Relay’s customers. You will work on large electronic communication archives to classify and understand communication content, and will have opportunities to work in machine translation, transcription, natural language processing, large language models, and generative AI. Responsibilities
Work closely with other data scientists and developers to build and deploy machine learning models. Execute all steps in the data science process, from understanding business requirements to deploying models. Produce reports detailing model performance. Take initiative to identify and solve important problems, coordinating with others on cross‑cutting technical issues. Participate in design reviews, code reviews, sprint planning, and other Agile artifacts. Collaborate with Product Management on user story generation and refinement.
