Sr. Data Tester

Required Skills: ETL Testing, DW Test, BI Testing (PowerBI), SQL, Python, Pyspark, Test Cases, Azure related data pipeline testing for data engineering projects – Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks, MS Fabric pipelines
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test cases to validate data ingestion and transformation processes from various source systems (SQL databases, APIs, flat files, etc.) to the Databricks UAP platform .
- Perform schema validation, data completeness, transformation logic, and row-level reconciliation between source and target datasets.
- Review Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and create detailed Test Plans, Test Scenarios, and Test Cases accordingly.
