Role Summary
Manages, optimizes, and secures SQL, MongoDB, and Oracle Cloud (OCI) database systems to ensure reliability, performance, and availability.
Responsibilities
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize database health, queries, and indexing
- Manage backups, recovery, patching, user access, and security compliance
- Configure high availability solutions (Always On, replication, clustering)
- Provision and manage OCI databases; configure Data Guard, backup policies, and auto-scaling
- Automate operations and manage lifecycle via OCI Console, CLI, and APIs
