Job Description

The role:

  • Managing a portfolio of Defined Benefit pension scheme clients and delivering a high standard of administration services

  • Processing, checking and reviewing pension administration work to ensure accuracy and compliance

  • Supporting the management of team workloads and helping to achieve agreed service standards and targets

  • Maintaining scheme membership records and overseeing member benefit calculations and settlements

  • Preparing client reports, supporting scheme events and assisting with project delivery

  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships and attending client meetings where required

  • Providing technical guidance, coaching and support to pensions administrators and trainee team members
