Requirements
- BA or BFA in Art/Design or related field
- Extraordinary design skills
- World‑class portfolio of work
- Strong communication presentation skills; proven ability to present to executives/leaders
- Highly organized and able to work collaboratively across multiple projects
- 5+ years experience designing in a digital creative agency or client‑side group; B2B / tech experience is a plus
- Expert knowledge of Figma
- Expert knowledge of modern prototyping tools like Framer, Figma sites, etc
- Experience with high‑fidelity prototyping
- Motion design skills for web
- Familiar with the creative process, partnering with UX designers, copywriters, web production, and development teams
- Experience working in AEM and AI tools a plus
- Working knowledge of HTML and CSS, a big plus for JavaScript or other frameworks
