Job Description
Performs BIM modeling and design tasks for electrical building systems on large-scale projects, primarily within the Middle East region. Works independently under limited supervision, applying technical expertise to develop coordinated 3D models and construction documentation in alignment with project and digital delivery standards.
Supports project execution while contributing to BIM capability development and team performance.
Responsibilities:
Develops and maintains 3D BIM models for electrical systems using Autodesk Revit in accordance with project specifications and standards.
Produces detailed construction drawings and documentation, including lighting layouts, power distribution, cable routing, containment systems, earthing, and single-line diagrams (as applicable).
