Job Description
We are seeking an experienced end‑to‑end Designer to join our Customs eServices (CES) team to design end‑to‑end digital services and develop a comprehensive design system for implementation by the development teams. The role involves collaborating with team members from Customs business branches, ITD and government‑appointed contractors to ensure consistency and efficiency in design across various digital services.
Responsibilities
- Design & Design System Leadership: develop and maintain the Customs Design System, inclusive of UI/UX, in compliance with Government Digital Service Standards, ensuring consistency across all CES.
- Research & Strategy: conduct market research, validate hypotheses, and lead user journey mapping workshops to drive innovation in government‑to‑business and government‑to‑government services.
