Responsibilities

• Work independently and in a design team environment.
• Good knowledge of Singapore codes and regulations.
• Strong in contracts with technical and site experience.
• Assist in architectural design from concept design through schematic design, design development and construction documentation.
• Assist in client liaison, authority consultation, coordination with consultants and contractors, and attending design and construction meetings.

Requirements

• Bachelor or Master Degree in Architecture, Building/Construction or equivalent.
• Experience in design management, tender documentation and contract administration for public sector or large projects.
• Experience in Architecture detail, Design development and Construction documents.
