Role Overview
As a Senior Designer, you will play a key role in shaping compelling, brand‑led creative across multiple channels. Working closely with the Design Director and cross‑functional teams, you will bring strong conceptual thinking, craftsmanship, and attention to detail to a wide range of projects. This role combines hands‑on design execution with mentorship and collaboration. Key Responsibilities
Lead and deliver high‑quality design across branding, identity, packaging, print, digital, POS, and OOH. Partner with art directors, copywriters, developers, UX designers, and other collaborators to bring ideas to life across all touchpoints. Translate strategic concepts into compelling visual solutions that align with client goals and brand voice. Act as a steward of brand integrity, developing and maintaining brand guidelines and toolkits. Contribute to concept development for campaigns, pitches, and ongoing client work.
