Requirements:

  • Extensive technical expertise in desktop support, systems administration, and troubleshooting, covering a wide range of hardware, software, and network environments.
  • In-depth knowledge of operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and expertise in enterprise-level IT infrastructure, security protocols, and advanced troubleshooting.
