DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Provide on-site technical support in customers office, diagnosis and troubleshooting of technical problems Provide technical support to VIP users Deployment, maintenance, upgrading and support of client computer systems (hardware, software, OS, etc.) and video conference systems Windows OS, AD, Office 365 configuration and administration, patching & file server management Maintain a high level of user satisfaction with excellent customer service, offering solutions to meet clients' needs IT asset management and other adhoc duties as assigned QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT or related field or equivalent in education and experience Knowledge in Cisco/Meraki/HPE routers, switch, access point Knowledge in Microsoft O365, Teams, AD and management tools Knowledge in APC, Apple, HP, Logitech, Poly products Good coordination and communication skills with internal and external customers Strong analytical and issue resolution skills Strong co...
