  • Ensure seamless client support by meeting or exceeding service-level objectives.
  • Provide mentorship and technical guidance to team members, fostering growth and knowledge sharing.
  • Lead development initiatives related to:
    • New client requirements
    • System enhancements and process automation
    • Innovation requests
    • Scripting and infrastructure as code (IaC)
  • Identify skill gaps within the team and coordinate training initiatives to address them.
  • Conduct regular assessments of DevOps processes, implementing improvements where necessary.
  • Deliver structured monthly reports covering team performance, client concerns, and project progress.
  • Ensure adherence to best practices in CI/CD, infrastructure automation.
  • Build solutions and solve problems for clients.
