This role entails providing deployment support, troubleshooting marketplace challenges, and analyzing technologies for expansion. Utilizing your strong background in cloud environments, databases, and Linux will be key in automating deployments and recommending performance upgrades. You’ll engage in project plans to express operational needs and associated risks effectively.

• Troubleshoot deployment issues for marketplace partners
• Analyze and improve current technology usage
• Write server-side feature specifications and documentation
• Automate solution deployment and upgrades
