SENIOR DIE CAST ENGINEER (MANUFACTURING)
Job Responsibilities
- Optimize HPDC machine parameters (shot profiles, injection pressures, thermal balance).
- Conductdietrials and process validation for new tooling.
- Collaborate with tooling, maintenance, and quality teams.
- Monitor performance indicators (OEE, FPY).
- Implement DOE, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support alloy handling and melt quality control.
- Provide guidance and training to junior engineers and technicians.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in aluminium die casting or HPDC manufacturing.
- Hands-on experience in aluminium and zinc die casting process optimization.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 14001.
