Job Description

The Senior Director of CLM Business Development will lead end-to-end sales and revenue growth for KLDiscovery’s Contract Management Services. This leader will drive new client acquisition, build a qualified pipeline, engage with CLM partners (., Ironclad, Agiloft, Sirion), consulting companies, and position KLDiscovery as a preferred execution, implementation and migration provider. This is a senior, quota-carrying role responsible for expanding market share in the CLM ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own sales targets for CLM implementation, migration, abstraction, managed services, and AI-enabled contract services.

  • Generate new business through outbound prospecting, partner channels, events, and market networking.

  • Build strong relationships with legal, procurement, contract operations, and legal operations leaders.

  • Represent CLM services at industry events, conferences, and partner roadshows.
