Atlantic Growth Solutions is seeking a dynamic and entrepreneurial Senior Director of Business Development & Recruiting to lead and grow our recruiting practice with a focus on outbound business development and client acquisition. This is a high-impact, revenue-generating leadership role for someone who thrives at the intersection of recruiting and sales. Responsibilities

Proactively identify, engage, and close new business opportunities through outbound outreach (cold email, LinkedIn, calls, referrals, partnerships). Develop and manage a pipeline of prospective B2B clients in key industries (ex: SaaS, tech). Lead discovery calls, consultative sales conversations, and management of sales cycle.
