Senior Director - Primary Rating Structured Finance

Summary

The Senior Director takes part to and leads in complete autonomy credit rating committees for the assignment and, occasionally, the monitoring of structured finance ratings. In this context, the jobholder analyses complex structured finance transactions, develops and maintains credit rating methodologies and writes insightful credit research related to the structured finance sector. The Senior Director also acts as a mentor and provides an example to less experienced analysts. Moreover, the Senior Director leads operational review visits and takes part to  investor, issuer and arranger’s meetings and calls.
