Senior Director, Programme Management & Governance Lead This highly visible leadership role will lead the governance, orchestration, and delivery assurance of the Global Lonza Capability Centre (LCC) transformation programme, ensuring successful execution of a complex, multi-function transformation spanning multiple geographies. 
Key Responsibilities Lead the end‑to‑end orchestration of the Global Lonza Capability Centre transformation programme, ensuring alignment across all workstreams, delivery waves, and strategic objectives. 
Act as the central integration point across design, technology, workforce, transition, and operational readiness activities to ensure successful programme execution. 
Provide strategic direction and subject‑matter expertise in Global Business Services and Capability Centre design, challenging assumptions and guiding decision‑making based on industry‑leading practices.
