Senior Discipline Structural Engineer (Winnipeg)

Senior Discipline Engineer – Responsible for providing safe, “Best For Project” solutions for complex projects, ensuring regulatory compliance for all engineering deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with other disciplines and team members, complete and store all necessary calculations, review and understand all pertinent codes and standards, and review engineering deliverables to ensure adherence to requirements.
• Plan and monitor quality assurance requirements, check and stamp the work of EITs, conduct peer review, and maintain continuous improvement of technical skills.
• Maintain and continuously improve departmental standards.
• For this Discipline or group, provide level of effort estimates for proposal submissions.
• As requested, attend technical conferences, representing Cementation's capabilities, and attending seminars that will further Cementation's knowledge.
