Senior Drilling & Completion Engineers

**Main responsibilities**
- Independently design wells to meet the well objectives and in compliance with governing regulations and the company’s processes and procedures
- Prepare D&W activity plans according to the well construction process
- Ensure lessons learned are incorporated into the designs
- Optimize all well activities and well design for optimum operational performance
- Plan and perform QA & QC of supplier’s services, studies and equipment deliveries, including audits and investigations
- Monitor, evaluate and make recommendations to improve operational performance and capture learnings
- Provide technical input to and evaluation of tenders and contracts as required.
- Active mentor for junior professionals and contributor to external and internal professional networks
**Qualifications**
**Education**:
- Bachelor’s degree in petroleum engineering or similar relevant education required. MSc is preferred
