The Senior Duty Engineer is responsible for supervising daily engineering operations within the hotel, ensuring all mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and maintenance systems operate efficiently and safely. The role includes handling guest complaints related to engineering issues, leading technicians during shifts, and ensuring preventive maintenance standards are maintained.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily hotel engineering and maintenance activities.
Monitor HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire alarm, generator, and water systems.
Respond to emergency maintenance issues and guest room complaints.
Coordinate and assign tasks to engineering technicians.
Ensure preventive maintenance schedules are completed on time.
Conduct inspections of plant rooms, guest rooms, public areas, and equipment.
