- Lead a team of at least two engineers to deliver high-quality modular substation projects.
- Liaise with customers, factories, and other Trinamics departments to ensure seamless project execution.
- Carry out engineering tasks, including verifying electrical distribution system designs and coordinating interfaces with our customers.
- Resolve technical issues related to layouts, components, cabling selection, termination kits, earthing, and grounding.
- Write assembly and commissioning plans to ensure smooth project execution.
- Lead Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and Factory Witness Tests (FWT) both on-site and at our factories.
- Plan and oversee the progress of factory operations and resolve any technical issues.
- Place orders and learn to estimate the commercial impact of additional work performed.
