Job Description
Key Duties
- Lead on-site installation and deployment of Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS)
- Commission BESS, perform testing, and ensure successful system integration
- Install and configure electrical distribution boards and connect systems to diesel generators
- Perform electrical testing using multimeters, insulation testers, clamp meters
- Interpret electrical schematics and single-line diagrams
- Troubleshoot system faults and conduct root cause analysis
- Monitor system performance and perform data-driven diagnostics
- Ensure compliance with electrical codes, IEC / UL standards, and safety regulations
- Coordinate with contractors, clients, and internal engineering teams
- Prepare technical documentation, commissioning reports, and system records
