Job Description
- Implementing the design checklist and tracking progress;
- Prepare electrical tender packages including specification and drawings;
- Responsible for ensuring to remain familiar with current practices and engineering trends within the industry and to remain technically competent;
- Lead the Electrical Design on large scale projects during the design and construction phase;
- Design of High Voltage switchgear and Low Voltage switchboards, motor control systems, transformer, generators, High Voltage and Low Voltage Cable systems, lighting and small power systems for Clean rooms, Industrial Facilities and Commercial Buildings;
- Carry out design calculation deemed necessary for executing the project, which includes, short circuit calculation, load flow, cable sizing, lighting calculation;
- Execute/Expedite electrical packages during construction phase of a project and taking responsibility for the assigned electrical packages;
