Job Description
Contribute your expertise at Bombardier as a Senior Electromagnetic Compatibility Engineer, combining remote and in office work. Utilize your in-depth skills to ensure aircraft safety against electromagnetic threats. As a key member of Bombardier’s engineering team, you will report to the Engineering EMC Section Chief.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute detailed analyses for EMI, HIRF, and Lightning
- Drive resolution of EMC issues for certification
- Define project scope and manage technical risks
- Analyze designs for EMC compliance
- Guide junior team members in technical matters
Requirements
- Degree in Electrical Engineering or Physics
- Minimum eight years in aerospace EMC certification
- Strong knowledge of industry standards and regulations
- Experience with electromagnetic simulation tools
- Ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams
